Inspired by the symbolic shell forms in The Color of Pomegranates, this concept envisions an artist’s studio for Sergei Parajanov: an architectural homage to his surreal and visionary world.
The studio adopts a curved, enclosing geometry that blurs the boundary between landscape and structure, allowing the surrounding forest and ancient stones to act as collaborators.
Together, they weave surrealism, ritual, and folklore into the structure itself. The result is both functional and symbolic, balancing the pragmatism of an artist’s workspace with the poetic resonance of Parajanov’s imagination.
